Holiday Tip #2 – Was it really worth it?

I will be the first to agree with you that all snacks are tasty, and Christmas time is filled with lots of great snacks, BUT, what snacks are actually worth your calories?

I suggest saving your high calorie treats and snacks for the goods that you can only get on special occasions.

Why grab a handful of pretzels at the party when you can have those ANYTIME of the year? Instead, grab that handful of homemade caramel popcorn that your aunt only makes ONCE a year.

It’s safe to say you won’t be short of good treats to choose from, so take a minute to think about if you are just grabbing the snack because it’s there or because that snack is something you always look forward to this time of year.
