Favorite exercise?
I would say my favorite exercise is skipping.
Least favorite exercise?
Burpees are the exercise I complain the most about while doing them, so I would say they are my least favorite.
How long have you been CrossFitting?
Since August this year with Couch to CrossFit.
What keeps you coming back?
The welcoming atmosphere, great group of people, and of course, Liz’s amazing coaching.
One movement goal for this year?
Improving my banded pull ups by reducing the band strength.
Have you done anything at BVC that you would have thought you could not do before you started?
Learning the different bar movement techniques, I never thought I would be able to lift some of the weight
that I have.
What did you learn from the 28 Day Challenge?
I gained the knowledge of food preparation and portion size, and how depriving your body of food can be worst.
